We uphold the highest ethical standards and fully support the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, ensuring that slavery and human trafficking have no place in our organisation or in the services we provide.
2. Our Business and Services
Crisplen Healthcare Ltd provides specialist healthcare recruitment services and domiciliary care across the UK. We work with clients in both public and private sectors, including NHS trusts, private hospitals, and individuals receiving care in their homes.
We recruit, vet, and place healthcare professionals including nurses, carers, and support staff, and deliver personal and practical care services to people in their homes.
3. Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains may include:
- Recruitment partners
- Training providers
- Payroll and staffing platforms
- IT services and business support providers
- Office and facility service providers
We aim to work with reputable suppliers who uphold ethical labour practices. Where possible, we conduct due diligence to ensure modern slavery and trafficking risks are identified and mitigated.

- Partner only with recruitment and staffing agencies that comply with UK labour laws.
- Require all staff and suppliers to confirm adherence to anti-slavery principles.
- Maintain records and audit trails of recruitment and onboarding practices.
6. Training and Awareness
We provide training to our staff, particularly those involved in recruitment and care delivery, to help them:
- Recognise signs of modern slavery and trafficking.
- Understand how to report concerns confidentially.
- Promote a culture of transparency and vigilance.
7. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
We are committed to continuous improvement. Our senior management team regularly reviews our practices and supply chain relationships to ensure compliance and identify areas for further strengthening.
8. Board Approval
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Crisplen Healthcare Ltd’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending September 2025.
It has been approved by the board of directors and will be reviewed annually.
